I’ve got a list for you today — but don’t worry. It’s not another TO DO list. It’s more of a TO DON’T list. On today’s podcast, I wanna share the TOP THREE THINGS you need to stop doing right NOW if you want to build the life you want. In other words, feel better, have more energy, and do the things you want to do.

Build the life you want by giving up TALKING SHIT.
There’s a difference in saying, “I suck at losing weight” and “I’m getting better at eating healthy and making good choices.” One attitude locks us down to our current reality. The other leads us to the awesome life we want.
So don’t talk shit about yourself, and don’t talk shit about other people.
These next two “to don’ts” often happen at night. You knew this was coming, but the number TWO thing you need to stop doing right now if you want to know how to have an awesome life is…
Build the life you want by giving up EATING SHIT.
You know exactly what I’m talking about. Candy. Chips. Highly processed foods. Baked goods. SODA. You know this, and it’s embarrassing to have to say it, but eat your damn vegetables. Stop eating shit.
Number three. Ready?
Build the life you want by giving up WATCHING SHIT.
It makes sense, when we’re talking about nutrition, to say “Garbage in, garbage out.” But you can say the same thing about the things we put into our minds via TV and social media. STOP letting screens dictate what you think. Most media outlets do NOT have your best interest at heart.
