advanced techniques for building the six pack you've always wanted

Everyone wants a six-pack, especially if you’re a dude. It’s a status symbol and for good reason. You can’t inherit a well-formed “blocky” six-pack. It takes hard work in the gym, discipline in the kitchen, and consistency in both to get killer abs! You show that you’re a truly different kind of person when you reach that goal—you showcase the standards you set for yourself when your six-pack is on display.

Here’s the thing, though. I don’t want you to go at it blindly. You don’t have to get stuck in the trap of unlimited crunches or endless planks. Or chase every Instagram guru’s newest routine.  I’ve got the exact routine that you can start TODAY—two advanced techniques and three exercises—that are going to make a huge difference in your quest for a six-pack. They target both your upper and lower abs *without* straining your hip flexors.

(It’s common for your hip flexors to take over and do the work that your abs should be doing. I’m going to show you how to put your hip flexors in their proper place!)

Start Working Your Abs at a High Level Today

Beyond the six-pack status symbol, though, here’s why training your abs is so important.

It’s an effective tool against low back pain. A strong core bulletproofs your from the I-slept-weird-and-now-my-back-hurts phenomenon.

A strong core leads to better posture. Staring at screens all day and looking down at your phone has led to an enormous amount of posture problems which ultimately leads to neck and back pain.

Stronger abs improve your strength and performance. Your core connects your lower body to your upper body. When your core is strong, you can do a full workout routine with more balance and efficiency which means STRONGER muscles everywhere.

In this week’s episode of the Million Dollar Body podcast, I’m dummy-proofing building those blocky, six-pack abs you’ve always wanted. You’ll learn:

  • The proper techniques and form to maximize your effort at the gym to build your abs
  • An exercise you can do at your desk (anytime!) that will slim your waist and strengthen your core
  • How to isolate your ab muscles during your routine instead of letting your hip flexors get in the way
  • And, I’m dropping the link to my 6-Pack Secrets Guide—2 Advanced Techniques for Building Abs and the 3 Exercises Every Man Needs in the podcast in the Million Dollar Body FB group.

Last thing! You can’t out-train a bad diet. Consistent discipline in the gym AND the kitchen is what’s going to take your abs to the next level. If you’re ready to get the ONLY routine you need to build a killer six-pack, this episode in the Million Dollar Body FB group is for you!
