Suspension Training has seen a surge in popularity and usage over the last 8 years, and rightly so because of the tremendous benefits from augmenting your bodyweight training with a suspension element that can help you get, stronger, more muscular, and more athletic.
However, there are a few great options of Suspension Trainers to choose from. Rings are a fantastic option for building high level gymnastic strength, and a suspension trainer like the TRX is a great option for keeping exercise fun and new while getting leaner and becoming more athletic.
