Ever feel like you have so much going on—kids, your business, extended family—that you don’t have time to get fit? 

I get it. All of those things are important. But, all of those things would actually be a lot better if you felt better. That’s why it’s so important to prioritize your health. When you have more energy, you perform better at work which equals more money. When you feel better, you play with your kids more (and you can keep up with them!). When your body is firing on all cylinders, even if you had a busy week, you won’t be sacked out on the couch all weekend recovering.

That’s why I’m excited to share an interview I did with a past client of mine, Cameron. He’s a busy dad with three kids and a chiropractor. If anyone doesn’t have time, it’s Cameron. Over the last couple of years, he’s tried countless fitness and nutrition programs to get lean and more muscular, but he still felt like he was missing something important. None of the programs he tried were sustainable. He either had to beat himself down with exercise constantly (which led to injuries) or he felt trapped by an overly restrictive diet that he knew he couldn’t sustain.

That’s when he dialed my number. (Literally. He sent me a text.) He wanted something convenient enough that he could sustain it, powerful enough to see noticeable results, and effective enough without complete and utter beat downs in the gym.
