Have you ever felt like regular fat loss strategies aren’t working for you? Before I get into the strategies, I want to remind you that whenever you jump into something new, it’s important to create some momentum in the first 3-5 weeks by getting some big wins. You’re the most motivated to put in the work in the beginning, so you need to really kick some a$$ to start off. Then, you can think about how to dial in your habits to create progress that’s sustainable in the long run.

Caveat: if you’re drinking every night and/or eating multiple sugar cookies left over from Christmas, nothing I say is going to work for you. So, let’s go ahead and leave that $hit in 2021.
