Yes, morning routines have been played out on every influencer blog across the globe, but there’s no denying that high performers implement them regularly in order to operate at their highest levels.

So, I give you permission to stop reading all those other blogs about morning routines now, and just read mine. My proven AM routine not only fuels your productivity and maximizes your energy all day long, but it also sets your body up for optimal fat loss.

I love morning routines because I like winning. (Just me?) I’m on an endless quest to figure out ways to make things more automatic like healthy habits, getting workouts in, and you guessed it, morning routines.

In this episode​ of the Million Dollar Body Podcast (Episode 100!), Nick Trevillian and I share our simple 5-step morning framework that you can use to give you focus, energy, and purpose to propel your busiest days.

Here’s how we break it down:
