Most people (who don’t really know me) think that I’m some superhuman discipline monster that trains fifty hours per week and only eats steamed broccoli. Guess what? It’s not true. I love sweets, I can down a cinnabon in 30 seconds flat, and reese’s peanut butter cups are my chocolate of choice. I also love not working out. (Seriously, if I could be jacked and not lift, I’d probably spend a lot more time watching netflix.)
So, how did I get down to 10% body fat then?
A nutritional framework and training the right muscle groups consistently. (But NOT fifty hours per week.)

First, let’s talk about nutrition. A nutritional framework is 1000X better than any fad diet out there. The Million Dollar Body method is sustainable in the long-term and it allows me to eat foods I like in a specific manner at the right times to build energy, keep my body constantly burning fat, and build muscle and metabolism.
Listen, yes, you can do a celery juice cleanse for 10 days and also drop weight, but it doesn’t mean anything if you gain the weight right back (which you will). Secondly, you have to train the right muscle groups 3-5 times a week.
You can get to 10% without lifting. It’s possible for sure. In fact I just had a client who only walked and never lifted a single weight just register at 10.4% BF. BUT his eating was EXCEPTIONAL. He never drank, and very rarely deviated from the plan. I find that most guys would prefer to train a bit harder and be a bit more flexible in the diet to hit 10% on their terms, i.e. more tacos.
