Nate is an outstanding trainer, he is patient, well educated and knowledgeable of the human body and the muscle system. He can just look at you and see the muscles working and provide assistance to help develop those that are not. I have lost 2 inches from my waist, lost body fat , gained muscle while I continue to lose weight. He mixes up the sessions to make sure that all parts of the body are utilized, we never have a boring workout! Nate has made me aware of my strengths and provides continued support during the workout.

Best trainer ever! I used to dread going to the gym, until I trained with Nate. He took the time to get to know me and really listened to me. He made working out FUN. He taught me how train the right way to achieve the results that I wanted. I looked forward to every session with him. He worked me harder than I have ever worked. He is very professional and knowledgeable and committed to his clients. You defiantly get more than you pay for when you train with Nate. He knows how to get results. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Nate!

There are a lot of crummy trainers out there but not NATE! You will get results because Nate is a great motivator. His philosophy on health and fitness has for ever changed the way I eat and live. When you train with Nate you don’t spend the first 20 minutes on the treadmill. You do work from the first minute to the last and Nate is there with you every step of the way. Its hard work but he finds a way to get the best out of you at every session. I can honestly say that after training with Nate I’ve always got the best out of my self in the gym. He is why i lost 50 pounds in 4 months and because of the knowledge I got from the sessions. I’ve been able to keep it off and lose more! THANKS NATE!

This is the guy you want to train you. He takes his profession seriously and expects results but also can balance and adapt to his clients. I have trained with him for almost a year and always look forward to working out. He has a unique ability to push you and have a sense of humor at the same time. Trust your judgement and go for it and you will be glad you made the investment, He is well worth it and a small price to pay for your physical health.

Nate is Amazing! He has completely turned my life around. I would never be where I am today if it weren’t for him. He works you out hard, and you don’t only change your body, you change how you feel about yourself! I am 100x more confident then I’ve ever been, he makes you realize the potential you have! The workout is fun and full of energy, but it’s not easy. Nate makes you work! I love N8 Training Systems!

I arrived in need of a double knee replacement, double hip replacement, plantar fasciitis, and eminent back surgery.  As a former professional athlete, I abhorred the prospect of becoming a statistic.  Accordingly, I researched a plethora of “alternative medicines” outside the realm of surgery.  In so doing, I found Nate.

Nate was able to find a symbiotic balance in accordance with my wishes to postpone multiple evasive surgeries by implementing a regimen of therapeutic stretching, physical therapy, and daily exercises.  Since working with Nate, I have experienced a noticeable decrease in not only the debilitating agony caused by my sciatic nerve from my lower back, but also an increase in my overall functionality in my legs and body.  Short of amazing, I have been granted an increase in lifestyle.  I am indebted to Nate for his knowledge, expertise, and perseverance.  He is a practitioner of exquisite talent.

Nate Palmer not only deserves a glowing recommendation, but he is owed it.  I am indebted to him for both his expertise and therapeutic knowledge.  Without him, I would not be functioning as efficiently today.

A year ago I had brain surgery and within a month contracted a life threatening infection. Between the surgery and infection, I lost ALL of my endurance and strength. After 9 months of recovery, I was ready to gain back my per-surgery energy levels and self image. Enter Nate. I mustered up the courage to walk into the studio and he immediately welcomed me in. He took the time to really listen to me and ask questions in order to create a workout specific for me. He also helped modify my diet to compliment my workouts. He is VERY encouraging and supportive, but tough!!! Every time I walked out of the studio, I felt energized and felt like I could take on the day! Nate not only helped me physically, but also mentally. Thank you Nate, you are the BEST!

I’ve been training with Nate for about 6 months and it’s amazing how far I’ve come! I was never one to enjoy lifting weights or pushing myself physically in the gym, but now it’s actually fun and I enjoy the challenge of seeing myself improve and become stronger. I look forward to my workouts! Nate is so patient and attentive. He is always there to correct my form and make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly. He is tough but encouraging at the same time. Nate is always changing up the workouts and adding new exercises and challenges to make each workout fun and unique. I am never bored! Working out with Nate has definitely been a worthwhile and positive experience!

I have known Nate since he was in middle school. He was/is a good friend of my daughter and I have followed his progress through school and during these first couple of years of his career. About two years ago, I was having trouble with back pain. Nate used partner-assisted stretching to resolve my issues.

Nate is not a failed “jock” who ended up as a trainer because he had no other real options. He is fascinated with his work and constantly studying and learning. He is not working from a single “script” that he applies to all of his clients — he is constantly working to find what fits a particular situation.

A couple of other thing you should know: His personal and intellectual integrity is awesome, He has a good sense of humor and can even laugh at his own silly bits.

He is patient and intuitive to see what his clients need to be successful and adapts to meet their needs. He does not try the cookie cutter or one size fits all approach to working with clients.
