Thick abs are made with heavier sets and more difficult exercises. You want to make sure that you&#039;re doing 8-15 reps, and can&#039;t push much higher then that.
Do ab wheel roll outs, front levers, weighted planks, toes to bar, and heavy farmers walks. Good luck.]]></description>

<p>Thick abs are made with heavier sets and more difficult exercises. You want to make sure that you&#8217;re doing 8-15 reps, and can&#8217;t push much higher then that.<br />
