I don&#039;t know if there are any inconspicuous stretches you can do at all, and even if there were, stretching does not decrease muscle soreness after running or working out. Try taking vitamin C after your run and running a short distance if you&#039;re sore.
I would suggest doing a hip flexor stretch while you&#039;re at your desk though. This one. You can do it with your toe on the ground instead of your knee though.
